The Ambassadors are a group of business people who's purpose is to communicate the value of the Chamber to anyone concerned. To develop contacts with new and existing members. Also, to provide feedback to the Chamber office regarding issues of concern. And, to actively promote the success of Chamber sponsored events. The Ambassadors have also over the past year begun to reach out and get involved in several community activities. Nancy Carrott of Goodwill Industries of RI Nancy is an Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries of RI. She loves working with the clients of Goodwill to assist them in securing jobs and transfers those skills when serving as an Ambassador to the North Central Chamber. Nancy has been involved with the Chamber for over five years. Joanne Clukey of Cherry Hill Manor Joanne_clukey@lcca.com Working in long term care for more than 14 years, she recently became the Director of Marketing at Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Johnston. She is relatively new to the local community and enjoys the opportunity to be introduced to many people within, which increases her referral base helping to improve her business relations. Anne Holzinger of SagePoint Financial, Inc. Richard B. Iannitelli of Iannitelli Agency richardiai@netzero.com President of the Iannitelli Agency, an independent insurance agency, who has over thirty years experience in the insurance business. His firm underwrites auto, home, and business insurance for several insurance companies. Mr. Iannitelli is a past Chairman of the North Central Chamber of Commerce. He presently serves on the Smithfield School Committee and is an Assistant Scout-master with Troop #1 Georgiaville Boy Scouts of America. Amber Kelley of Mary Kay Cosmetics aloxleykelley@marykay.com Amber started her Mary Kay business in June 2002 simply to supplement her income with her other business as a personal chef. As she worked at her business consistently, she realized the abundant opportunity Mary Kay offered. Amber joined the North Central Chamber in 2005, as a way to promote herself and her business with other professionals. Amber believes joining the Chamber has been one of her best business decisions. She was the recipient of the Small Business of the Year Award. Kimberly Moore of The Bulfinch Group Kimberly_moore.ri@cox.net A Financial Advisor for The Bulfinch Group, Kimberly has been involved with the Chamber for two years. She found the Chamber welcoming and had been active with planning the Annual dinner and the Apple Festival. Her most rewarding experience at the Chamber has been as a member of the Women in Business Council. Elizabeth Perry of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of RI eperry@riedc.com Elizabeth is a Senior Campaign Director for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of RI. She is also the owner of a small business, Gracie’s Gourmet Goodies, an all natural homemade dog treat business that she started in 2008. Elizabeth raises money for Leukemia and Lymphoma through her family’s non-profit organization. She has been with the Chamber for two years and was recently named one of Providence Business news’ Forty Under 40 recipients for 2010. Jamie Lynn Salisbury of Pocasset Bay Manor Jamie Lynn is the Sales Manager for Pocasset Bay Retirement Living. Pocasset Bay is an Independent and Assisted Living Community located in Johnston. Jamie Lynn works with seniors and their families who are considering Senior Living options and helps to guide them through the transition. Jamie Lynn is new to the Ambassadors and enjoys all the opportunities to be involved with the Chamber. Dorothy Swain of Greenville Public Library dorothsn@yahoo.com Dorothy is the Assistant Director at the Greenville Public Library. She has been with the Library since 1988. She enjoys working with the public at the Greenville Public Library and applies her talents to The North Central Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, where she has served for over 5 years. She has a BA in English and a Masters degree in Library Science, both from the University of Rhode Island. Recently, Dorothy was chosen as Ambassador of the year and she co-chairs the Women in Business Council for the Chamber.
