He has led classes on LinkedIN for many years and is pretty entertaining, given that he is an accountant. He is not Michelle Girasole, who had planned to lead this workshop until she was called out of town on business. Rich and Michelle have led LinkedIN trainings together. Mayor Lombardi's Holiday Charity Event Mayor Charles Lombardi has once again announced this year's Holiday Charity Event - to be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Twin River Event Center. The festivities will begin at 6:00 pm. There will dinner and dancing to music provided by Steve Anthony and the Persuasion. This annual fundraiser, which benefits many North Providence organizations in need, has attracted 1,000 attendees in the past. The North Central Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to join our table. Successful proposals entail strong concepts, a solid budget, a compelling case, clear writing and other pre-application considerations. You will hear tips and tools to successfully complete a grant seeking process—knowing when to contact the funder, deciding if your project is a good fit for a funder, writing the application and what to do after the grant.
