Scituate Art Festival: Scituate is the home of the extremely popular festival. This event is held each year over the Columbus day weekend. Tens of thousands of people visit the Art Festival each year.
Seagrave Memorial Observatory (1914): 47 Peep Toad Road, off Route 116, is the headquarters of Skyscrapers, Inc., an amateur astronomical society.
It is open the third Saturday of every month after 8:00 p.m. with special events listed in the Providence Journal. Meetings are held the first Friday of every month at 8:00 p.m. Call 401-828-0702.
